This is an intense 60 min deep tissue massage, using a weighted massage tool to apply muscle stripping, cross-fiber friction, and trigger point therapy. The pressure helps release tight muscle fibers, allowing blood flow and nutrients to the area helping reduce pain and restore muscle function.

Amazing! Abby listened to my trouble areas and gave them extra focus. Fantastic pressure and she found other spots that needed special care. Wonderful blend of traditional approaches and modern gave the perfect balance. Treat yourself to a foot massage add on as a starter (or a stand alone service if you’re pressed for time).
